Zsuzsanna Bugyi

Dr. Zsuzsanna Bugyi is an assistant professor at the Department of Applied Biotechnology and Food Science of the Budapest University of Technology and Economics. Her major research interest is food allergen and gluten analysis with immunoanalytical methods, with a special emphasis on the problem of reference material development for these purposes.
