Susanna Neuhold

About her:

Susanna Neuhold coordinates AIC’s communication and educational programs on diet and nutrition and is involved in the society’s activities on gluten-free diet and its management. As food safety regulatory affairs manager for the AIC, she also works closely with the Italian Health Ministry on all issues related to food laws and support for those with coeliac disease. The most important programs and activities of the Coeliac Association managed directly by Susanna are: the Crossed Grain Symbol certification, the Food & Drink Directory, the Eating Out program and an educational program in schools on the GF diet. As Vice-President of the AOECS, Susanna is Board Lead of the Working Group on the European Licensing System of the Crossed Grain Symbol.

With this speech Susanna will give a short presentation of the European Licensing System of the Crossed Grain Trademark certification. A certification managed by professional teams of the Coeliac Associations members of the AOECS, the European Federation of Coeliac Associations. A growing projects appreciated by companies and by consumers all over Europe.
